In addition to his profound industry expertise in the Life Sciences Sector, where he provided services in Key Account Management and Business Development, Oliver has substantial experience in outsourcing solutions, including Master Vendor, RPO, and MSP programs. His expertise encompasses not only the sales process but also the design of solutions, implementation, and operational execution.

In June 2024, Oliver was appointed as the Business Development Director EMEA at People2.0. His primary objective is to expand business operations with Mass Talent Organizations, encompassing MSP, RPO, and technology providers. Oliver is deeply committed to fostering growth with partners in the Enterprise sector.
