Erik is a pioneer whose revolutionary vision for People2.0 is to unshackle today’s global workforce from outdated conventions and become the leading enabler of on-demand, global, flexible, mobile, and remote work arrangements. Erik believes to best serve the unique needs of the global talent ecosystem, People2.0 must never compete for its customers’ clients. His ultimate goal: unlock endless possibilities for People2.0 customers, by empowering them to add work arrangement options to their intermediary offerings.

Matt Levin

Chief Executive Officer
As an experienced industry leader, operator, and visionary strategist, Matt Levin is the driving force behind People2.0. He brings the company over two decades of expertise in human capital management services, technology, and employee benefits. Before joining People2.0, he served as President and CEO at Benefitfocus and led the company to a successful sale to Voya Financial. Prior to that, he worked as Chief Strategy Officer at ADP. With an impressive track record of transforming companies into industry leaders, Matt envisions a modern workplace driven by technological advancements and evolved expectations around flexible, on-demand, and remote work.

Steve Schaus

Global Chief Financial
and Operations Officer
Innovator and foremost enabler of global workforce mobility, Steve empowers the people of People2.0 in spearheading a fundamental shift in the way the world works. Prior to People2.0, Steve co-owned and operated CWS, an international EOR/AOR company, and brings with him over 20 years of stellar finance and operational turnaround experience, including stints at Ernst & Young and Scotiabank. Steve’s conviction is to lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and to deliver impeccable service to help our customers succeed, globally, locally, and everywhere in between.

Kathy McCarthy

Global Chief Legal Officer
Advocate and relentless brand protector, Kathy has served in innovative leadership roles in corporate, international, and employment law at Unitek Global Services, Ulticom, Vlasic, Betz Dearborn, and Scott Paper. Kathy is a recognized expert in employment compliance. She is passionate about helping customers in the talent ecosystem to mitigate their clients’ risk and compliantly expand their labor programs beyond traditional borders. Through her team’s collective employment expertise and seasoned perspective, she helps People2.0’s customers to safely enable access to the global talent pool for their clients, while navigating varying and complex regulations across the globe.

Craig Cohen

Global Chief Revenue Officer
As a servant leader and industry veteran, Craig Cohen brings over 30 years of SaaS software experience in the HR tech space. Recognized as a Top 150 Business Transformation Leader by Constellation Research, he's an expert in navigating complex employment laws and regulations. His prior roles include Chief Revenue Officer at eloomi and General Manager for ADP Marketplace, where he spearheaded exponential growth. At People2.0, he fosters a sales culture of success, develops go-to-market strategies, and guides clients from discovery to purchase. His deep understanding of HCM services, combined with his passion for sales, marketing, and technology, make him a key asset in improving team interaction and filling geographic gaps in People2.0's footprint.

Eric Alfaro

Global Chief Information Officer
As People2.0's Global Chief Information Officer, Eric leads technology strategy and execution to support the company’s comprehensive workforce deployment and management capabilities. With 25 years of business technology expertise, he manages technology operations, strategic planning, infrastructure, security, privacy, and data across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Eric's accomplishments include spearheading a high-growth strategy resulting in nine successful acquisitions in two years, all while prioritizing customer value. Having held esteemed positions at Adecco Group and received education from Georgia Tech, IMD, and Wharton School, Eric's dedication reinforces People2.0's standing as a preeminent global talent engagement pioneer.

Lauren Dudley

Global Chief Human Resources Officer
Lauren is a seasoned HR professional with over 10 years of experience across a range of industries. Lauren’s career has been focused on being a true HR Generalist, spanning compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. She has excelled in some of the most challenging industries for HR professionals. She is now the Vice President of Human Resources for People 2.0, the world’s largest independent, global, workforce deployment platform and oversees HR processes for 23,000+ contingent employees across all regions and labor categories. Lauren specializes in workforce compliance, benefits administration, talent acquisition, learning & performance management and organizational development. Lauren is known by to her colleagues for always putting the company and its employees first and for encouraging work environments that foster innovation and growth. Lauren is from the Philadelphia area and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in Health Policy and Administration.
